Refund policy

We believe in our products and stand by the quality of workmanship, craftsmanship and materials in each one. If a product fails to meet your expectations due to manufacturing defects or faulty material, we will care for your item via the Lucky Lifetime Guararantee Program.

If your product arrives with a defect in materials or workmanship at any point, we will repair it, replace it, or—if the item is no longer in production—provide you with store credit for the full original value. This limited lifetime warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper care, misuse, accident, neglect, or the natural breakdown of materials over time.

Products must be purchased from an Authorized Retailer of Lucky Ladybug.

Damages not covered are those resulting from abuse, normal wear and tear, and accidental damage. Any damage to or loss of contents of a bag, loss of use, loss of time, or similar expenses are not covered. Washing bags in washing machines can result in damage not covered by our warranty.

Wear and tear is damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal use. Regardless of how carefully you use, or how well you care for your bag, it will eventually begin to show age and wear. Usual wear and tear not covered by the lifetime warranty include minor changes in color, staining, and general breakdown of materials over time. Some examples of common wear and tear include color fading from sun exposure, worn bottoms, and fabric wear.

To claim your warranty, please save your receipt of purchase, order number, capture an image of your product and product's defect within 14 days of its delivery date, and contact us at admin@shopluckyladybug.com.
